On August 8, 2024, private investment firm Lindsay Goldberg and Golden State Foods, one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice and retail industries, announced that they have entered into an agreement for Lindsay Goldberg to acquire a controlling interest in Golden State Foods.
